These seminars will be one day events packed full of as much education that I can possibly give you. Cost will be $80. Including most supplies. Register 8:30: 9am - 4pm

If you don't see a seminar in your area, that YOU WANT you can help set one up and save on your own tuition costs. Call me and let's talk. I'll be glad to come and teach you and your students. (Minimum students required for travel teaching) I can customize a seminar at your request also.

Santa Face Study: July 19, 2008 Seattle & Nov 2, Southern CALIF
Eyes, hair, beards, and of course that cute little nose. & wrinkles that make him so jolly.
Create realistic fur on his coat & Hat. Learn how to use the rake brush, the mop brush and have a beautiful holiday decoration when were done.

Specialty brushes - How do I use them?? July 26, 2008 Salt Lake City Utah / Feb 7 09 in Seattle area
I have daggers, mops, angles, rounds, filberts. Now what do I do with them? That will be the focus of this seminar.
Dagger Striper: - Tropical leaves & Bird of Paradise, borders, lines, ferns, & palms.
Mops: - Getting that smooth soft look on the trumpet flowers & wiggle leaves. No more globs & blobs. This little miracle brush can be your new best friend.
Rounds: - Beautiful Simple Carnations, and Iris flowers, with these magic strokes.
Filberts: - Onestroke leaves have never looked so good. OH & the Daises just turn out magnificent- when you master this brush, & the tips and tricks to this great brush.
Angles: - Flips in Peonies, roses, Iris, and leaves. It's as easy as 1, 2, and 3.

Luggage: August 16, 2008 Seattle area
Ever had trouble finding your bag?
This class will solve that problem forever.
Create a unique painting on your own luggage.
Learn the tips and skills of painting on canvas type material.
Floral, fish, birds, or animals, the list is endless.
This lends itself to promotion of your teaching also.

Design, Placement, & Color Theory: Sept 27, 2008 Seattle area
How to make what you paint jump, sparkle and look perfect.
Learn to choose the perfect color combinations. Have color wheel will travel.
Design basic rules to live by.
How do I know where to put what? What shape goes on which surface?
What combinations go together? This seminar will give you an in depth knowledge to draw from for future projects & classes.

Shading, Highlighting & Floating Oct. 18, 2008 Seattle area
How to use floating medium to its full potential.
Create that realistic look with Onestroke. Paint the illusion of watercolor.
Create Dimension thru shadows & Highlights.

Basic Strokes: Nov 1, 2008 Southern CA (Ontario area)
Refresher course on how to do the little things well.
The one stroke leaf - so it looks like a leaf. Multiple brushes & shapes
Vines - that are small and beautiful & where to place secondary vines.
Double loading to get the correct effect. Shadows or highlights - or MUD
Where to place flowers so they look like they are growing in the right direction.

Multi media: March 7, 2009 Seattle Area
Projects that will keep students wanting more:
Combining Onestroke painting with stencils, stamps, faux finishes, clay, & paste.
This type of project can be an endless option for unique custom pieces that the students will want to make their own. Home décor items that can be customized by your students.
Color Combinations in various dimensional heights, make it 3 D.

Glass etching: April 4, 2009 Seattle Area
In combo with Onestroke creates an elegant touch to your painted pieces.
You'll learn how to take an ordinary surface and turn it into phenomenal masterpieces with these unique tricks. Learn how to cut a stencil, opening up endless possibilities in matching home décor items or custom painting jobs. Monograms, gifts for Weddings, Anniversaries etc. This creates interest and causes your student to want to come back.
Give your jam & jelly jars an entire new life. Hey lets give the mayonnaise jar a chance too. OK!! Who says surfaces have to cost a fortune. Let's get our students to use their $$ to take another class by helping them save money on surfaces. This reusable product just keeps going and going and going.

High Definition Paints and Dimensional Clay: May 2, 2009 Seattle area
Create 3 D beautiful looks.
Why settle for the same old thing. Why not give it style and character. You'll have people feeling and touching and wanting to do more.
Add a Sunflower to a field of flowers; add grapes & leaves to a wine bottle. Take an ordinary tray and make it marvelous.
HD is new and fun and the palette knife can create some beautiful things with our Onestroke painting.

Faux Finishes & Backgrounds: June 13, 2009 Seattle area
Faux = to fool the eye, so we will create a marble look, leather suede, soft sponging, plus saran & glazing.
Your Onestroke Painting will take on an entirely new look with the correct background.
